MBSR in July
PARTS 1 AND 2
From the evening of Saturday, July 24th to the morning of Sunday, August 1st.
Arrival at 5:00 pm. Dinner is served at 7 pm.
Departure after breakfast on Sunday at 10 am.
Over the course of this week, each participant will be able to deepen their practice of MBSR . These tools often used in holistic health include mindfulness of breathing, body, thoughts and emotions. Practice involves gently stretching, meditating and contemplating the present moment. The mindfulness walks will take place in the natural surroundings of La Salindre. We will be confronted with the paradox that profound human beingness does not reveal itself while doing but rather by doing nothing.

MBSR in August
PARTS 3 and 4
From the evening of Saturday, August 7th to Saturday, August 14th
Arrival at 5 pm, dinner served at 7pm
The course will end at 5 pm on Saturday, August 14th
You will need to have attended parts 1 and 2 before registering for this week. This retreat is a continuation of the first half of the MBSR program. You will have the opportunity to deepen your experience of mindfulness and have more clarity as to the appropriate choice of practice that you may need using wise effort, discernment and acceptance. You will leave with the tools needed to continue your daily home practice. You will also taste the joys of deep silence and will be able to attend formal silent retreats lasting 5 to 10 days.
