PROGRAM STAGES

The MBSR program is made up of 4 progressive stages: Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4.
Each part covers ¼ of the full MBSR program.
This will allow you to choose the schedule that best suits your pace and availability.

You may participate as part of:
- an introductory weekend (part 1) with the option of doing another weekend for part 2
- a weeklong stay (parts 1 and 2 in July then parts 3 and 4 in August)
- a complete eight-week long non-residential session in which all four parts are taught

We recommend you repeat these stages to deepen your practice.
